  2. Why Online Recruitment? •  The university’s Sixth Decade Plan calls for aggressive growth over the next five years. At the same time, we expect increasing retirement rates. • In order to meet these challenges we need a talent management approach that puts individuals in control of their careers while meeting the needs of hiring managers to fill positions quickly and efficiently.
