  1. Working Group Workflow & Communications Procedures

  2. Working Groups Operations and Maintenance Working Group (OMWG): Shall provide operational, maintenance, and support guidelines, policies, procedures, and documentation for all AMIT solutions. This group is responsible for developing recommendations, approaches, processes, and detailed business requirements to be passed on for implementation. Projects and Strategy Working Group (PSWG): Shall conduct strategy projects, build consensus on future solutions, and deliver and deploy approved solutions. Additionally, this group will ensure that all solutions conform, as appropriate, to the latest industry standards. Registration, Administration and Access Working Group (RAAWG): Shall work to increase awareness, understanding and usage of all AMS solutions. They will take the lead in developing a proposal for the registration and access strategy for current and future users of AMS solutions. Security: The purpose of the subgroup is to review and enhance the security of proposed AMIT solutions from all Working Groups and monitor security threats in the market with respect to AMS. This group will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance Working Group.
