  • Not only answers questions, they have a conversation with their customers. It has a more personal feel to the responses.
  • On the sidebar, there are links to find store locations near you or where you can go to suggest a new store.

  • Follows about 600,000 people.
  • Very accessible through the Whole Foods Web site.
  • Did not push messages onto customers.
  • Is reflective of company culture.
  • For Whole Foods, Twitter is sustainable.

Updates Twitter almost every day.

  • Tweets about new products, product details, sales (Mother’s Day) and job openings.
  • Less conversation than Whole Foods. But still sticks with culture of American Apparel.
    • Tweets about legalizing LA and Arizona and and Immigration Reform.
