4. 1. Subject of Political science is objective laws operating by occurrence, formation, development of political interests and relations, behavior and consciousness of people, their participation in establishment, functioning and development of political power, evolution of political process.

Methodological bases and functions of political science. ● The Comparative method- Feature of this method consists in comparison of two (or more) political objects having lines of similarity. ● The Sociological method represents a set of methods and ways of concrete sociological researches directed on gathering and analyzing of real political life.

6. ●The Modeling of political processes consists in research of political phenomena by working out and studying of their models. ●The Behavioral method assumes research of political phenomena on the basis of the analysis of behavior of separate people and groups, exactly - political behavior.

7. Functions of Political science Methodological are conclusions of a political science can form a basis for more private political theories studying separate public phenomena. Theoretical- cognitive is political science forms knowledge about policy, its role in society.
