  3. Let’s get off to a good start! • Name tags • Classroom name tags will be kept in school

School Supplies Pencil box (5”x8”) 12 Pack of Colored Pencils 1 Box of  Crayola Twistable Crayons 1 Box of Crayola Crayons, 24 pack 1 Eraser 4 Crayola Washable Glue Sticks 2 3-Prong Folders (1 Red, 1 Blue) Fiskars Scissors (blunt) 100 Book Challenge Bag Book Bag (large enough to carry a regular sizedfolder) Please have your child’s name on his/her pencil box, book bag and 100 BC Bag

  5. Snack • Purchased through the Concord Elementary cafeteria OR children may bring their own snack from home (boxed drink and a small snack). • Please complete the “Snack Time!” portion of the Student Information sheet so I am aware of your child’s snack procedure.

  7. Bus Info Any changes in the normal pickup procedure for your child will require a written note from you.

  8. Attendance • If your child will be absent from school, please call the Absentee Line, 610-579-6102 to report the absence.  Also, please send in a note the following day, explaining the absence.

  16. Birthday SnackCelebrations • Please feel free to send in a small snack with your child for all the children to enjoy. For example, cupcakes, donut holes and brownies. Please provide napkins, drinks are not necessary. • Currently there are 18 students in AM and 18 in PM.

  17. Homework • Independent Homework will be twice a week, with the purpose of developing responsibility and to review a skill • 100 Book Challenge – the take home portion of 100 Book Challenge will begin in October. Please read with your child at least 15 minutes per night and one book title will be recorded in a log—Monday through Thursday. • Jazzie the Jaguar
