Manage Policy Notifications Efficiently with Agent Inbox

The Agent Inbox is your essential tool for receiving timely notifications about policy activity, uncollectible premium balances, and new claim information. Whenever there is a relevant transaction, you will receive an email alert detailing the affected policies, transaction types, and essential information such as the insured name, policy number, effective date, and a brief transaction description. You can access all details through the Accident Fund homepage. For any questions or email updates, please contact your Accident Fund representative.

  2. The Agent Inbox is a tool used to notify you of: • Policy Activity

  4. The Agent Inbox is a tool used to notify you of: • Policy Activity • Uncollectible Premium Balances • New Claim Information

  5. On the day following these transactions, a message will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file for you. This message will alert you to the policies affected and the types of transactions processed

  6. The e-mail message will look something like this:

  7. Note that you are provided with: The Insured Name

  8. Note that you are provided with: The Policy Number

  9. Note that you are provided with: An Effective Date, and

  10. Note that you are provided with: A brief description of the transaction

  11. Note also that a complete chart of transaction descriptions is available in the Agent In Box “Tip Sheet”

  12. To access the Agent Inbox from this e-mail, connect to the internet and click on the provided link

  13. From the Accident Fund homepage click on the Agent Login

  14. From the Accident Fund homepage click on the Agent Login

  15. Enter your user name and password

  16. Click on the My Accounts button

  17. Click on the My Accounts button

  18. Select Agent Inbox

  19. Insured Number 1 Insured Number 2 Insured Number 3 Insured Number 4 Insured Number 5

  20. If necessary, from the Inbox you can change the date range of transactions you wish to view Insured Number 1 Insured Number 2 Insured Number 3 Insured Number 4 Insured Number 5

  21. Once you identify the transaction you’re interested in, click on the Policy Number to bring up the document. Insured Number 1 Insured Number 2 Insured Number 3 Insured Number 4 Insured Number 5
