  7. 3-5 year plan • Development of 3-5 year plan in process to include: • Review of workload plan for SW, SLP, Psychologists • Use of data and aide plans for resource decisions • Continued cost analysis of SEDOM • Training for co-teaching models in our schools • Review of Special Education curriculum • Implementation of data wall (trends of data) • Increased access to general education curriculum

  10. More Happenings… • New program titles for consistency • Handout • Continued STAR training/Art and Music differentiation for staff throughout 2011-2012 • Professional Development survey out to staff this week

IEP Happenings • New program titles • Assisting our staff in facilitating successful and efficient IEP meetings • Meeting time allocations • Drafts may be sent home in advance to promote parent participation • Presentation on how parents can be an active participant in their child’s IEP meeting
