Efficient Problem Management in e-Marker® for Markers and Administrators

This guide outlines how to manage and resolve issues within the e-Marker® system. Senior markers are tasked with addressing problems raised by fellow markers and can view images and full scripts related to these issues. When further complications arise, they escalate the situation to administrators. The process involves defining the problem, resolving it where possible, or parking the issue for later consultation. Key steps include marking the problem, viewing entire scripts, and appropriately describing issues for escalation.
