WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PNEUMATIC TOOLS

Pneumatic tools are air powered. This means that behind the pneumatic tool, an air compressor is connected at the end of the air hose.

  • When air is compressed, the compressor sucks air & forces it into its tank.
  • Now gas tries to escape as air hose is plugged into the compressor.
  • The air keeps travelling through the hose into the air tool, spinning turbines or pushing pistons until it can escape.

  • Pneumatic Staplers – There are four main types of pneumatic staplers used in scenic work, and they’re classified by the size of their crown or the head of the staple.
