Prority gaps identified • Lack of real solutions and and options • No lack of activities and recommendations but little implementation, follow-up and monitoring • Lack of comparative assessment • No enough capacity building in developing countries • Particularly wrt buliding analytical capacities and capacity to take informed decisions • Capacity building not addressing the right people • Not enough consideration of local conditions and actors in capacity building activities
