  26. Graduation Alternatives/Pathways • OSPI is currently waiting for the State Board of Education to finalize details on the CTE Sequence and ASVAB pathways. Communication will be sent as soon as information is available. • The Class of 2020 will have access to the EAA waiver later in the school year. In the meanwhile, please have students pursue one of the graduation pathways. Remember – pathways are intended to be individualized to the student’s post-high school pursuits.

  27. Team Update! With football season newly underway let’s frame this in sports terms! • Clarisse did not sign her “franchise tag offer” and hit the free agency market. • She accepted a new “team” offer (from CTE) with the transition occurring “officially” September 13. • Assessment & Student Information will work quickly to identify that “player to be named later” to assume Clarisse’s role. Since she’s still in-house she will be available to her old team to aid in resolving inquiries.

  28. Bye Clarisse! In a short amount of time Clarisse became a valued member of the team and will be sorely missed. We want to wish her well in her new position and recognize that what made her valuable to us is what others saw as her value in the new position. On the upside, she is still in K-12 working on behalf of kids!
