  3. Log Viewer

  4. Log Viewer Overview Log Viewer provides audit reporting for administrator access to the Admin Platform. All WCAC activity is captured through Log Viewer. Logs are pulled by date range and do not expire. A start and end date are required. Logs may also be further sorted by the following options: • Event type (Edit content, manage changes, deployment, etc. If left blank, all events will be selected.) • FI admin (All users that are setup to access the WCAC for your FI. If left blank, all users will be selected.) • Logs include User ID, date, time, IP address and details/values. • Logs can be downloaded or saved in a CSV format. The Admin Platform provides in-product training and support through recorded tutorial and quick help guide icons.

  5. Viewing a Log • Step 1: Select Home > Log Viewer from the Admin Platform navigation. • Step 2: Specify the required Start Date and End Date. You may also select an optional event type or User ID and set the number of logs per page (25-100). • Step 3: Click the View Logs button.

  7. View Log Results • The results screen will provide a summary of activity. Click the • details icon to view additional details on each transaction. Results may also be downloaded to a .csv file.

  8. Download Log Results • Select Download These Results to open or save the log results to MS Excel in a CSV format. A query cannot contain more than 10,000 records.

  9. Downloads

  10. Downloads Downloads contains a backup of the server files used during an edit session. A new downloads entry is created each time the site is deployed (sent live). Archives will be available to download for archival purposes for 30 days. Contact Intuit Financial Services in order to perform a full roll-back of your Web Center site to a previous edition or to access site files that are no longer available in the Downloads area. Select Administration > Downloads to access this tool. Use the number navigation at bottom to view additional pages.

  12. Reports Overview • Web Center reporting provides statistics of web page access and consumer demographics. All reports include a data grid and a graphical view. Select Administration > Reports to access the reporting tool. • Reporting categories include: vWeb Site Navigation Analysis vDetailed Content Analysis vDetailed Visitor Information vPowerful Campaign Analytics vCross-Channel Integration vExecutive Dashboards vCustom Reports The reporting system allows users to save common reports to a customized dashboard. Reports may also be exported to Excel or Word applications. Note: By default, reporting will contain all traffic to your website, including visits from your employees at your financial institution. You may choose to exclude your financial institution’s IP address from reporting by submitting a request through Web Services.

Accessing Reports • Click the HBX Login button to access the reporting website. • Check with your project lead to determine if your financial institution has purchased the reporting functionality. If so, login credentials will be provided by your project manager during the implementation. If HBX Reporting has not been purchased, the login button will not appear on this screen. If your FI has purchased Internet Banking and it is located on the same domain as Web Center, basic website statistics may be accessed using the Management Console.

  14. Example Report Reports include actual and forecasted metrics. This example lists the number of visits per day and time. IMPORTANT: Training for HBX Analytics is provided through a series of recorded webcasts available under the Webinars tab once logged in to the reporting tool.
