Programmes: Skill In & Scale Up • Capacity Building of young Livelihood seeking Rural youths of the state, thus making them Self Reliant. • Providing Basic Skills and making them Job Ready and Employable. • Inductus has Skilled, Trained, Developed and Placed more than 7000 Individuals, since inception. • Assistance to Underprivileged Section of the Society for their Systematic Education, thru IBS, Patna. Capacity Building of Rural Youths • Skill Development Programmes at Different Locations of the State with an objective of providing them skills and model to be self reliant . • Lacs of young men & women migrate every year from Bihar in search of a “Livelihood”. Most of them land up getting some unskilled and partly skilled kind of jobs. • The idea at Inductus is to Equip them with some kind of skills, which in-turn can provide them a decent source of livelihood. National Conference on Development of Agriculture in Bihar – 2011 “A Farmer’s Journey from Field to Industry” 22& 23September Indira Gandhi Planetarium, Patna Our CSR Initiatives
