  1. 1a. Bull (male): There will be one bull. We will feed the bull, grass and baleage it will become healthier and grow muscles. When it becomes mating season it will produce calves that will be in good nick. Also the bull will be separated from the cows and he will have a clean water trough so it can drink fresh water. 1. Cows: There will be 5 of them. When we feed the cows grass they produce healthy milk for us to drink and for their young. Over time they will get fatter from baleage and the grass so they will produce meat for us. Also the cow will drink form a clean water trough to. The milk that they produce will used for cheese, butter, cream, ice cream etc.

  3. 4. Goats (female): they will eat grass from the paddock and produce young. They will then produce milk for their kid and for us to make cheese, milk and butter, soap etc. Also they will eat broom *(a dark green shrub that easily spreads. It is a pain for farmers to get rid of) and gorse *(a dull greyish-green shrub that spreads fast and has sharp prickles. When it is dry it can catch fire easily) which will be really helpful for the farmers. There will be 5 female goats in total. • 4a. Billy goats (male): It will eat grass from the paddock and get fatter to produce bigger, better kids (baby goats). It will eat the gorse (see female goats *) and broom (see female goats *). There will be 1 billy goat.

  4. 3. Sheep: There will be five sheep. We will feed them grass from the paddock and they will get fatter and produce milk for their young. We then can use them for meat such as mutton or lamb. 3a. Ram (male sheep): It will eat grass and build up muscle to produce lambs that are good quality. There will be one ram.

  5. 2. Chickens (female): There will be 6 chickens. We will feed them wheat and laying mash to produce high quality eggs and also if the egg is fertilised the chickens will produce chicks. The chickens will make manure for the vegetable garden and the flower garden too. 2a. Rooster (male): Feed him wheat so he will be in good nick to produce healthy chicks. Also he will create manure for the vegetable/flower garden. There will be 1 of them.

  6. 5. Trout: There is a river flowing around on the boundary of the property so the soil will be moist to help the grass grow quicker. There will be more than one type of fish in there too. The main one will be the trout which will be the largest fish so there would be more meat to eat. • 7. Dog: We will buy meat for them so they can get fatter. Also they will drink water from a clean water bowl. They will be guard dogs as well. There will be 2 dogs.

  7. 6. Pigs (female): the pig would dig up the ground and eat the slugs and other bugs. They would live in a sty and get the scraps from tea. They would get fatter over time so you could eat them for bacon, pork, ham etc. • 6a. Pigs (male): There will be 1 male pig. It will do the same as the female pigs but it will not make milk. We can use it for meat and for young as well.
