  3. By employing the PPP (public-private partnership) model in various sectors, he has achieved closure of loopholes and phenomenal positive results.

  4. Under his guidance, Uttar Pradesh has emerged as a hub for IT-ITES industries, including software, business process outsourcing and electronics.

  5. His Government further plans to digitize and computerize crucial public departments and strengthen the existing ones under different e- schemes. Promotion of Bio technology is yet another feather in the cap.
