  16. 2013 Division Report – 5 year strategic planning committee- Stephanie Moulton 4 Recommendations from DIGR Committee: • Encourage members’ participation in reviewing and other service activities. • Continue to identify strategies to improve review process; reviewer awards? First year reviewer, only one paper? • Consider ways to improve visibility of the division in the Academy. • PMP sessions, networking events • Increase sense of community through improved member communication, activities, and outreach. • Website and media strategy (Kira) • Support the four strategic intent areas of Internationalism, State of the Profession, Professional Impact, and Academy Management.
