  3. WHO WAS DEFUK • Defuk was a passionate wine lover and therefore ordered hi servant Ser Martin to go on ahead and mark every in that serves a remarkably good wine whit an EST at the entrance.

  4. HOW WAS THE WINE • In Montefiascone the wine had such a high quality that Martin put 3 times… EST! EST!! EST!!!
