Important considerations • Check that the installer and designer are accredited with the Clean Energy Council:http://www.bcse.org.au/default.asp?id=119 • Check that the PV panels and inverter are accredited with the Clean Energy Council:http://www.bcse.org.au/default.asp?id=233 • All details must be absolutely correct: CS1Gt is NOT THE SAME as CSIGt. • You must include all delivery and installation costs.

Important Considerations (cont) • When you enter the details of your school’s 2KW or greater system, the claim form will auto calculate your maximum funding. • Schools will need Adobe version 7.0.5 or above to submit their Claim Form. • Some firewalls may not allow you to submit your claim. Check with your IT people. • Refer to the Claim Form Instructions on the NSSP web page.

  9. Assessment of Claims • All claims will be assessed. • Schools may be contacted to clarify queries that arise. • Schools may be asked to reconsider areas of their claim and to resubmit their Claim Form. • The NSSP team will not negotiate with Installers.

  10. Funding Agreement • Once the Claim Form has been accepted, a Funding Agreement will be forwarded to the School. • The Funding Agreement must be countersigned by the School and Department. • The project may not start until the Funding Agreement has been countersigned. • NSSP funding is not retrospective.

  11. Installation Report • Copy available on NSSP website • Diagram & photos of components of solar power system • Description of system components • manufacturer & model numbers • Signed declaration by installer
