  6. Email Mentoring Requests • An email notification is sent to the selected mentor when a client submits an email mentoring request. • Email mentors will login through score.org to access the SugarCRM and view their mentoring requests. 1 2

  16. Editing Email Mentor Profile • Update Information Displayed to the Client • Mark Availability for Each Day of The Week • Set Max. Limit for Requests Received per Day, Week, & Month • Add A Profile Picture • Add Social Media Links

  17. How to Access Your Profile • From SugarCRM Interface: • Place cursor over ‘Go to Volunteer Center’ and select ‘View My Profile’ • Click ‘Edit My Profile’ to Edit

  18. Editing Your Availability • Mark Availability for Each Day of The Week • Set Max. Limit for Requests Received per Day, Week, & Month

  19. Adding A Profile Picture A profile picture will set your mentor profile out from the rest.

Email Mentoring - How It Works • Now uses a real POP3/IMAP email server • scorevolunteer.org email accounts used for Email Mentoring • Notifications can be forwarded to your personal email account • No longer use WebITto enter Email Mentoring sessions, they will be entered in the SugarCRM interface. • STILL USE WebIT for face-to-face mentoring • Historical data will be migrated to the SugarCRM(client data, client sessions) • When a mentoring request is not responded to within 48 hours, the chapter admin is notified and must reactivate the mentor.

System Login Information • Username: scorevolunteer.org email address • Password: Will be set, but can be changed • Both will be created and sent to the chapter admin prior to launch • Notifications sent to this email but can be forwarded to a personal email account • To sign up for a scorevolunteer.org account now? Send an email to help@score.org

  22. Mark Your Calendars • Planned “GO LIVE” date will be 9/26/2012 • On 9/25/2012 at 8:00PM email mentoring requests will stop being sent to WebIT • On 9/25/2012 email mentoring request queue will be released to the new SugarCRM solution
