  1. ON-SITE ENERGY PRODUCTION Turning Wasted Natural Gas Into Profits Utilizing Microchannel Fischer Tropsch

  2. A catalytic process to synthesize hydrocarbons and their oxygen derivatives by the controlled reaction of hydrogen and carbon monoxide. Process used in WWII by Germany to create fuels. Fischer Tropsch Discovered in 1923 by F. Fischer and H. Tropsch at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Coal Research in Mulheim, Germany.

  3. Conventional Fischer Tropsch needs to be large to be economically viable

  4. Small on-site energy production Bring the technology to the fuel source The future of energy

  5. Transformation of GTL through Microchannel Fischer Tropsch The Microtization of large industrial energy producing technologies have changed the future of energy production from centralization to on-site production Exceeds efficiencies of large plants at 1/10th the footprint

  6. Microchannelfischertropsh Develop the micro-reactor directly at the well head

  7. 5 TCF of gas flared every year 5 TCF re-injected to avoid flaring alone 29% of natural gas produced in ND is flared Capture Wasted Resources

  8. Microchannel Fischer Tropsch will turn wasted resources into profits By Bringing Refining to the Well Head

  9. Accelerates processes Up to 1,000 fold

  10. Modular suitable for remote locations Capacity can be adjusted to the field Smaller plants = smaller investments Reduced costs through shop fabrication High quality and consistency Only ‘designed once’ Eliminates “scale up” issues Modular Design Benefits

  11. Identifies problems and solves them Turns negatives into positives Is mutually beneficial to all concerned Is scalable and repeatable Successful business…..

  12. Flaring of natural gas Waste of a valuable commodity Lack of gas pipeline infrastructure Carbon emissions Low natural gas prices Light/noise pollution Issues Facing Marcellus Shale Fields

  13. Turns wasted flaring into profits Eliminates prolonged flaring Eliminates costly injection in lieu of flaring Monetizes stranded NG reserves Hedge against low natural gas prices Reduces carbon emissions Eliminates night time light/noise Unlike regulations that cost money, MFT will make money Positive Public Relations Microchannel FT Turns Negatives Into Positives & Profits

  14. With Microchannel Fischer Tropsch, when you look into the night sky……. Instead of seeing flaring……
