  2. Rhinoceros BeetleBy Evan Sanders • Rhinoceros Beetles have a big horn on their head. • They can carry 850 times their own weight. • Their legs are an inch long.

  3. Bearded Pig by Jack Freed • As many as a 100 bearded pigs will travel together on a migration. • They get the name from the tuft of fur on their snouts. • They live in groups sometimes up to 200.

  4. Galapagos TortoiseBy Zach Draper • They sleep 16 hours a day. • They can lay for 2 hours and absorb the energy through their shells becoming active for 8-9 hours. • They are endangered.

  5. Black Howler MonkeyMary Foster • They are the loudest animal. • Their lifespan is 15 to 20 years. • You can hear them two miles away.

  6. Chubby FrogBy Nick Grassau • Apparently chubby frogs can be quite noisy. • The load croaking has also been described as a mewing noise. • If you touch it too much you will get slime on your hand!

  7. Brazilian TapirBy Anaja Arthur • Tapirs make squeaking and chirping noises. • Tapirs interbreed. • Brazilian tapirs are a relative to the rhinoceros species.
