Proposal for further research collaboration • Develop joint research project • Capacity building • Insect pests and diseases diagnisis and management - Training for academic degree (MSc, PhD, diploma, international and in-country training courses in specific areas • Invasive species management • Biodiversity: bio-resourse survey, database management, revise collection of arthropods, vertebrate, invertebrate composition, collection of diseases. • Knowledge Database and exploitation

  17. For stress condition & climate change • Testing stress tolerance varieties/ lines against different conditions (drough, heat, salinity). • Cultivation practices ( crops rotation, SALT techniques, intercropping system, pest and disease management, nutrien management, etc) • Seed sertification and producing at farmer level • Extension • Manpower training • Pilot demonstration fields with farmer participation (IPM, FFS, TOT) • Commercial production

  18. International Cooperation • Exchange and collaborate with many countries as well as int’l organization in the world • Jointly carry out projects • Host and join in many int’l workshop/ conferences • Receive many foreign senior delegates for exchanging/ sharing experiences • Send staff abroad to study & share experiences/ skills
