  2. Goal 目标 • Learn how an employer or employee deals with giving and receiving criticism and praise in a professional English manner. • 学习雇员和雇主如何用专业性的现代英语应对赞扬和批评。

  3. Concepts 概念 • Effective way for any employee to know how the quality of their work is being perceived. • Praise is one way of helping to maintain work quality, and can be an incentive to raising the standard. • Constructive criticism is necessary if something needs to be improved.
