Introducing GAD • Established 38 years ago • One of the first Centres for Independent Living • Disabled and Service User led • Welfare rights and advice advocacy • Hate crime advocacy • Social Groups • Job clubs in Bromley and Greenwich • Personal Assistants Agency – supporting adults in Greenwich for 20+ years

Children and Young People • New Personalised Care and Support contract for 2 years with option to extend to 4 years • Covers Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark • Short break services for parents and families • In home or out such as local park • Personal Assistant service for young people to access mainstream opportunities • We work across all ranges of disabilities

  4. Referral • Council commissioned via Children Services • Direct Payments – contact GAD direct • DLA or PIP – contact GAD direct • We provide details of our team that match your needs • We undertake risk assessments and develop a tailored plan with times and activities to match

  5. Accreditations • CQC approved • Exor Health & Safety accredited • Member, Council for Disabled Children • Member, National Skills Academy for Social Care • Greenwich Council Dignity in Care award winner – two years in a row
