  • Graduation requirement sheet
  • View unofficial transcript on URSA
  • Bring your 4-year plan

  • Pick up the forms at:
    • The ISET Office (McKee 227) or
    • Print from the ISET website
  • ISET course checklist
  • 4-year plan worksheet
  • Graduation Requirements Worksheet

  • These are listed by institution on your unofficial transcript
  • AP/IB credits

  • Must have ‘C’ or higher for credits to transfer

    • Determine Your Date to Register
    • Check your URSA account for ‘Holds’
    • You will be unable to register with a ‘Hold’ on your account
    • Contact the appropriate office for questions regarding your specific ‘Hold’

  • Peel off name label (alphabetical by last name)
  • Go to ISET website
    • News and Events  ISET Group Advising Survey
  • Use PASSCODE from name label
  • Take ISET Group Advising survey
  • Submit
  • Write down PIN
  • Register on designated date (check on URSA)

  • You can make an individual appointment after you have attended Group Advising if you have more questions or need to discuss issues privately
