  1. Common factors in most of the active shooter incidents

  2. What is the most common factor in almost all the active shooter incidents? Every shooting incident may have several factors behind it. However, it is always a person or group of people doing it. They execute their plan very carefully without taking human life into consideration. The civilian active shooter training is extremely crucial to protect the individuals.

  3. Soft targets The civilian response to active shooter also determines if the shooting will take place. Most gunmen and terrorist organizations are always on the lookout for soft targets. Therefore, they target organizations and schools where the individuals are defenseless and without any ammunition.

  4. Suicide Believe it or not, but most of the active shooters are cowards. They often come with the motive of suicide on spot. These active shooters can often be psychopaths who are driven by their motive to harm the victims.

  5. Mentally-ill These active shooters have completely gone nuts. They are just driven by their desire to kill. Most of these active shooters will just come and start shooting. No one can actually predict what their next move is. These crazy active shooters are pretty unpredictable.
