Penny – Observers are encouraged to use the observation to promote a discussion (and provide written feedback) to: Support reflection and self evaluation Progress the development of teaching skills Build the confidence of trainees in their roles as Teachers learners Identify issues relating to the teaching and learning context including the support available to the teacher in the workplace.
