Next Steps • Utilize higher order thinking skills • Math Partners • Education City • Envisions & Investigations –implement new math resources & attend training • Inclusion - Title I and EC • Use a variety of assessments • All genre need to be taught – including informational text • Training with K-2 on using the writing scoring rubrics used in grades 3-12. • Implement new content writing assessments. • Refine content writing prompts

  7. Goal 2 Griggs Elementary School will increase high quality teaching through quality staff development and PLCs.

  8. Goal 3 Dr. W.T. Griggs Elementary School students will be healthy and responsible.

  9. Goal 4 Dr. W.T. Griggs Elementary School will increase parental and community involvement and input.

  10. Goal 5 Griggs Elementary will identify and provided targeted assistance for students at risk of not meeting proficiency standards.
