  2. Unbeknownst to us, diet plays an important role in shaping our lives. From our looks to personality, it affects all, yet there’s a lot of misinformation about what’s healthy and what’s not. Spread by influencers, movie stars, and so-called celebrity scientists, all of this misinformation has done nothing but ruin people’s lives both psychologically and physiologically.
