  1. Tips for a Healthy and Happy Pregnancy Being pregnant is special. And it becomes extra special for the first time moms-to-be. But while it is important to enjoy this period, taking proper care of yourself and finding the best hospital in Delhi is also a challenging task. When you are in charge of the life of a whole new individual, you must make sure that you’re doing everything that is essential to giving birth to a healthy child. Besides filling up your system with all the necessary vitamins and minerals that are vital for your baby’s health, you also need to focus on your mental health. Many studies show that a woman's disposition during pregnancy will pass on to the baby in her womb. A mother who is happy and secure fosters a positive attitude that is good for the unborn child. It is even said that a physically fit body with a positive attitude is the basis of a will provide for an uncomplicated and normal delivery. As far as healthy eating is concerned, make sure you have a proper intake of fresh fruits and vegetables including leafy greens so that your unborn child gets the right amount of calcium, protein, and other vitamins that are very crucial for the proper growth and development of the physical body and the budding brain. Also, you need to make sure you drink plenty of milk or eat other dairy products like curd, yogurt, and cheese.
