  2. What you need to know: • Policy • Procedure • Organizations I can work with • Forms: • Project Proposal Form • Reflection Form • Supervisor’s Feedback Form

C&S Policy • All MYP year 4 students must complete 20 hours of C&S • All MYP year 4 students will receive a copy of the policy to be read and signed by students and parents and returned to C&S Leader to be kept as a record • All MYP year 4 students must fill out the reflection form after each project they complete

  4. C&S Procedure • After reading and signing the policy, you will be given a deadline to submit your first project proposal • You will receive feedback regarding the proposal from the C&S leader • You will then move on to your project ( long term and short term) • When you have completed the hours spent working on this project you will submit your reflection • Some projects will be held during school hours, the rest of your hours have to be completed in organizations of your choice keeping in mind that you have to obtain documentation from that specific organization as proof that you have completed your hours • I will also provide you with a list of organizations you can directly contact and work with since we are already working with them (list on the board
