Join Panagiotis Panousos, Business Area Manager of System Operations, as he introduces ENTSOG's Transparency Workshop in Brussels. The Concept of project Why are we updating the TP now? • Commission decision of 24 August 2012 on amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on conditions for access to the natural gas transmission networks What are the challenges? • We have to meet current and (as far as possible) future transparency needs What are the risks? • New requirements not yet well-defined (codes / guidelines / REMIT) What are the opportunities? • IT developments on tools and data handling • Wider ENTSOG needs can be covered Why are we organizing the WS? • To inform • To initiate feedback process Transparency Platform
