PROPOSED COMITOLOGY GUIDELINES • Endorsement of good progress achieved by stakeholders in GRI NW • Includes new requirements: • real time information on gas flows and capacity availability and interruptions • historic information on system use • long-term outlook of sold and available capacity for all years where capacity is contracted

  10. CONCLUSIONS • Good progress achieved by all stakeholders in phase one! • Storage operators already agreed to early 3rd package implementation • Further improvements necessary: • 3rd package • Comitology guidelines URGE TSOs TO BRING FORWARD PROPOSALS
