  1. 在word中加入swf檔(2007版) • 此方法步驟適用於PowerPoint及Excel

  2. 按自訂快速存取工具列鈕 選取其他命令

  3. 按此鈕選取所有命令 點按新增 移動捲軸找尋控制項 選擇控制項

  4. 新增了控制項快速鈕 按此 再按此 再按此

  5. 選擇Sockwave Flash Object 移動捲軸找尋Sockwave Flash Object 按確定

  6. 按屬性鈕 出現如左圖 用滑鼠拖曳調整其大小

  7. 檔案位置路徑選取並複製 出現右面圖 把swf檔案的路逕填入此列 C:\Documents and Settings\chia\My Documents 例如在C:\Documents and Settings\chia\My Documents (即複製前頁路逕後貼在此位置)

  8. 在此先加上 \ 再插入檔名 C:\Documents and Settings\chia\My Documents \NB-20a.swf

  9. 完成後關閉此屬性畫面 如果要箝在檔案內時，將此列由 False改為True (按此選擇鈕可以變換，不用輸入) 說明：所謂箝在檔案內，即該swf檔跟隨在word檔，不會因移動檔案位置使找不到路逕而遺失

  10. 最後點按此表單畫面設計切換鈕 步驟完成swf顯現出來
