  2. LATAR BELAKANG PT. Himpana Patra Utama (PT. HPU) merupakan perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan akte notaris Virgilio De Jesus Conceicao, SH (Jl. Kayu Putih Lima No. D-2, Pulo Mas, Jakarta Timur, 13226) tanggal 9 Oktober 2001 yang berkedudukan di Jakarta, dimana para pemegang saham terdiri dari: • Yayasan Kesejahteraan Himpana (YKH) 48%; • PT. Himpana Jasa Karya (HJK) 26% • PT. Swala Kencana 26%

  3. LATAR BELAKANG • Serah terima dari kepengurusan PT. HPU periode 2001 s/d 2008pimpinan A. Madjid Naim kepada kepengurusan PT. HPU yang barupimpinan H. Rasyidi, HY pada tanggal 19 Mei 2008 di Kantor Himpana Pusat, Jakarta. • Dalam serah terima tersebut disampaikan informasi sbb: • Dana riil yang diperoleh dari ketiga pemegang saham PT. HPU yaitu YKH (48%), HJK (26%) dan Swala Kencana (26%) adalah sebesar Rp. 29 Juta. Saldo cash di Bank Mandiri per 30 April 2008 adalah sebesar Rp. 1.410.953,- yang berarti biaya operasional PT. HPU selama 6,5 tahun (2001 s/d 2008) adalah sebesar Rp. 27.589.047,- Saldo cash di Bank Mandiri per 30 April 2008 adalah sebesar Rp. 1.410.953,-(tetapi tidak bisa diuangkan); • PT. HPU dalam kenyatannya telah habis masa berlaku Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP) pada saat serah terima; • PT. HPU pada saat serah terima tidak memiliki kantor, aset dan karyawan untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha; • Pengurus PT. HPU yang baru hanya menerima MOU dalam bentuk informasi tertulis yang tidak bisa direalisasikan.

  6. INFORMASI KEUANGAN PT. HPU • Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2008, diterima uang US$3000 dari Dewan Direksi PT. HPU yang baru sebagai pinjaman; • Pada tanggal 19 Januari 2009, diterima uang US$2000 dari Dewan Direksi PT. HPU yang baru sebagai pinjaman; • Pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2009, diterima uang US$200 dari Dewan Direksi PT. HPU yang baru sebagai pinjaman Total pinjaman yang telah diberikan oleh Dewan Direksi PT. HPU adalah US$5200, yang digunakan untuk: • Memperbaiki sarana ruangan kantor PT. HPU di Gedung Runa Ikana; • Biaya pengurusan perpanjangan TDP; • Membayar biaya kantor (Sewa Kantor, Biaya Listrik, Biaya Telp, Foto Copy, dll); • Biaya pembelian perangkat komputer + printer • dll
