FAQ workgroup objectives • An easily accessible single point website to post questions that ensures: • Review by the Pharmacy Knowledge Expert workgroup. • An accurate answer posted on the same website in a timely manner. • Building an easily searchable repository • Use of WIKI technology as the site grows • Use of twitter technology for sharing information • Cut down traffic on various pharmacy e-mail groups
