Research & Innovation Support Conference Research & Innovation Support Conference • 19 of the 45 staff in the Fire Engineering practice have achieved either undergraduate and/or post graduate qualifications with the University of Leeds • For at least the past 5 years we have supported one, and sometimes two MSc work placement modules from the Catchment Dynamics and Management course, many of these placements have resulted in employment within Arup Leeds • “Every year I give a lecture to the MSc Project Management course run by the Civil Engineering Dept entitled ‘The Role of the Project Manager’.” • Arup sponsored water@leeds Expert Event (one day conference) on the Water Framework Directive in January 2012 Building Successful Strategic Partnerships
