Cellular Changes in E-Cadherin and Transferrin Fusion at Elevated Temperature

This study examines the effects of merging E-cadherin and transferrin at 35°C for 4 hours. Supplementary Figure 1 from Palacios et al. shows the progression at 0, 4, 8, and 12 hours after v-Src activation. The extracellular domain epitope and cytoplasmic domain epitope are analyzed. The anti-E-cadherin response is monitored, as shown in Supplementary Figure 2 of Palacios et al.
