  5. E-government in Radlin Access to the Internet in Radlin There are country-wide providers, 3 local wireless access firms and one local cable provider in estates. Internet access is as good as in typical city in Silesia. Prices are the same.

  13. E-government in Radlin SEKAP (yesterday's presentation) Without SEKAP small towns like Radlin couldnot develop electronic administration because: 1. We don't have enough money. 2. We don't have know-how. 3. We don't have the motivation to change ourbehavior.

  14. E-government in Radlin CCTV - surveillance cameras CCTV is not an electronic administration, but 1. It uses ICT 2. It is managed by town hall (in Radlin by municipality's police) 3. We develop the system thanks to provider's optical fibers andcables. 4. Access to fiber is free for us, in exchange we help providersto develop the network (for example they can use our lamp-posts).

  15. E-government in Radlin Back office project Thanks to the European Union funds we have booked440 000 Eurofor a new electronic project. It is starting now; the public order is in preparation. It is about: 1. Changing our databases (there are some old bases) 2. Building a data warehouse. 3. Building business intelligence system – informationfrom basesshould help mayor and council to make decisions.

I studied computer science too. 2. Partnerships, benchmarking - Project “Transparent commune”. - Membership in associations like The Silesian Union of Municipalities and Districts 3. Plans (We know what we would like to have).
