WAREM / WASTE-Excursion Date:March 7th 2007 Schedule:13:00 Visiting the information center of „Stadtentwässerung Stuttgart“ and the „Nesenbachkanal“. Meeting point at the information center (Stadtbahn-Stop „Neckartor“, Station Exit in direction to municipal park (Stadtpark)) 15:15 Visiting the stormwater overflowtank „Schwanenplatz“ (Stadtbahn-Stop „Mineralbäder“) 16:45 End Notes:* Keep in mind, that it could be wet and a bit dirty, so dress yourself suitably (good shoes). * IMPORTANT: As you will enter a sewer system in operation, safety-equipment must be worn. Therefore you must let us know your shoe size in German units (35-47) at the registration, not any later! * WASTE-Students have the possibility to select this excursion as an elective (WE 10, 1 SWh). * Please register yourself until march 2nd 2007 via email with the subject „Wastewater-Excursion“ to the address below. Don´t forget to write your name, matr.-no., your study program and your shoe size! * every five persons can use „VVS GruppenTagesTicket 1-2 Zonen“ for transport from „Universität“ to „Neckartor“, „Mineralbäder“ and back.
