  3. Annealed Gold • 50 nm range • This was another day of scanning for testing purposes. • Before: 7-5-11AK, 5 minutes exposed to laser • After:7-5-11AL, 5 minutes cooling

  4. Au(111) with DTC2 and Octanethiol • 67.2 nm range • Before: 7-7-11AE, 6 minutes exposed to laser • After:7-7-11AF, 6 minutes cooling
