  3. What is the advertising campaign? • An advertising campaign is a series of advertisement messages that share a single idea and theme which make up an integrated marketing communication (IMC). Advertising campaigns appear in different media across a specific time frame of frequent flyers points • An advertising campaign is typically broadcast through several media channels. It may focus on a common theme and one or few brands or products, or be directed at a particular segment of the population.

  4. Dunkin’s donut The chain has grown to include over 1,000 items on their menu, including doughnuts, bagels, other baked goods, and a wide variety of hot and iced beverages.

  5. How Did Dunkin Donuts Get Started? The First Dunkin Donuts Location • It started in 1946, • It was founded by William Rosenberg. • American global doughnut company and coffeehouse chain based in Canton, Massachusetts.DunkinDonuts • Got Started when William Rosenberg invested $5,000 to form Industrial Luncheon Services, a company that delivered meals and coffee break snacks to customers in the outskirts of Boston, Massachusetts.

Idea result • In April 2012, having previously served PepsiCo products, Dunkin' Donuts switched its beverage provider to The Coca-Cola Company, in response to rivals increasingly using PepsiCo in the United States in the previous year. The only exception was PepsiCo's Gatorade. Locations in Canada were unaffected by the switch. • In 2010, Dunkin' Donuts' global system-wide sales were $6 billion. • In 2011, Dunkin' Donuts earned the No. 1 ranking for customer loyalty in the coffee category by Brand Keys for the fifth year in a row.

Marketing problems • Further commercials in 2007 more directly mocked Starbucks, with a customer ordering a "Large" and being chastised to use the term "Dieci", with dieci being Italian for the number 10 while Starbucks' ventiis Italian for the number 20. • Controversy and criticism • These figures do not include arbitrations, which Subway, McDonald's and Dunkin' Donut. • the Dunkin' Donuts chain in Thailand used an advertisement that contained a photograph of a woman in black face-paint, in order to promote its new chocolate flavored donuts. The company was criticized with the Human Rights Watch calling the advertisement “bizarre and racist”

Your Analysis of why this place work are very good • Dunkin' Donuts is a subsidiary of Dunkin' Brands, a franchiser of quick service restaurants serving hot and cold coffee and baked goods • This figure compares with the 17,009 stores of coffee chain Starbucks. Nearly all of Dunkin' Donuts locations are franchisee owned and operated. • In the United States, Dunkin' Donuts is sometimes paired with Baskin-Robbins ice cream shops.
