Organization Security Manager • Key 3s in each organization level can assign three people a Key 3 Delegate role (aka Plus 3) providing them the ability to: • Add training • View member training information • View rosters and update certain contact information for members • Print membership cards, training certificates, and certain reports

Member Manager • Unit and District Key 3 are able to: • Select members in the unit and assign unit-related functional roles in the sub organization • View roster details & export certain roster information • Edit/update certain member profile information • Print membership cards for each registered position

Training Manager Key 3s/Plus 3s have the ability to: • View dashboard status of Trained Leaders and Youth Protection Training and counts • Add adult training information for members in their organization structure • Search and view member’s training history and YPT status • Print training certificate(s); Trained Leaders Report; and Youth Protection Aging Report

Training Manager Enhancements • New Member Training Report, located on the Search Training menu bar, lists individual member’s current, completed training records and any incomplete position-specific trainings. • New District Contact Report (available at the district level) identifies the Key 3s in each unit in the selected district, including contact information and YPT status. • New Training Summary Report (available to council, area, region and national Key 3s) provides dashboard status overview of those who are position trained and not trained, and YPT status.
