  1. Hampshire Healthy Schools process for schools (online) 2. Complete the WSR template. Audit health and well-being needs to identify and agree priorities. • Download the national Healthy Schools Toolkit from the DfE website.Engage with staff and pupils to gather information for the Whole School Review (WSR). 3. Follow the online form instructions for schools to complete the online version of the WSR. Once complete, submit the form. 6. Achieved all outcomes related to a priority area. Follow the online form instructions to submit the online version of the school story template. Receive confirmation of Hampshire Healthy Schools Challenge Award. Whole school celebration. 5. Complete planning template (part of the downloaded toolkit, Step 1). Begin work towards health and well-being priorities by developing outcomes and milestones. 4. Receive confirmation of Hampshire Healthy Schools status, after WSR reviewed by Hampshire Quality Assurance Group. • Helpful hints: General • Step 1: The DfE website is www.education.gov.uk/healthyschools . • Step 3: Instructions for submitting forms online are on the Hampshire Healthy Schools website, under toolkit: www.hants.gov.uk/healthyschools .Forms will accept cut and pasted text. The website also lists the Healthy Schools Team contact details. • Hampshire Healthy Schools Status (WSR template) • It is recommended that the WSR is submitted biennially (every other year) to maintain the foundations of health and well-being. • A random sample of WSRs will be selected for an in-depth review by the Hampshire Healthy Schools Team. • The Challenge Award (planning template and school story template) • Step 2: Schools should select a minimum of one and no more than two health and well-being priorities in readiness for Step 5. • Step 5: Uptofiveoutcomes can be selected per priority area. These can take between18 and 36 months to achieve. • The planning template is for school use only and is not submitted. The team can help schools develop their outcomes if required.
