  2. PI Reports • Ran at Local and State Level • Average Certifications per Day • Certifications by User • FIs Created Outside of Business Hours

  3. Average Certifications per Day Total number of certifications ÷ Total number of days working=Average number of certifications • PI runs monthly • Suggest LAs run monthly or quarterly

  4. Why is this report important? • Screenshot of: • staff productivity • Clinic flow • Certifications • Out of State transfers • What is PI looking at? • Staff productivity • Over production?? • i.e. false certifications and transfers

  5. Where is this report located? Reports Program Integrity Average Certifications per Day

  6. Report Levels • Same data, less search parameters • Local agency level can select single or multiple clinics • Clinic level only includes clinic user is logged in to

  8. Search Parameters • Local Agency Clinic • Select date range • Select certifications or out of state transfers • Select WIC or CSFP (if applicable)

  9. Contents of Report

  10. Certifications by User • Total number of certifications created • Total number of infant certifications created • Percentage of infant certs • Manual category changes are included
