  3. Expectations based on progress to date • 70% deployed with minimal HR impact • 35% minimal tuning (1-2 weeks) • 15% with moderate tuning (2-3 weeks) • 15% where tuning has minor HR impact • 15% could be deployed with more severe HR impact • 15% will be rejected

  4. Pain Points • More cameras for tuning set • Process management • Spreadsheet migration to new format • Delayed due to CC conflict • Concurrent update • Need tool • Working with development team to see if we can get support in 4.0
