Walking in class Meeting At work
Taking a break Waiting for transportations Seeing everything Holding party
We share everything via social networking sites, no matter school life, family, or even work, we express what we truly think. • But what if…
The boss wants to • befriend me. • What intent of the boss is? • I can’t complain about • the job publicly anymore. • I treat employees well. • The atmosphere of company is good. • I am able to be acquainted with employees more. • I have gotten closer relationship with employees. EMPLOYEE BOSS
Employees don’t like me. • Do I treat them bad? • Do my subordinates speak ill of me? • Why don’t they want to be closer with me? • Will the boss • misunderstand me? • I just want to keep some • privacy. • Will I get any trouble? EMPLOYEE BOSS
Our option and opinion • If we were the employees who face the situation, we would ACCEPT!! • The reason is that we think it’s a way of communication. We can tell what we dare not tell in the face of the boss. • Another reason is we hope that we can get closer to each other’s life, and improve the relationship between the boss and the subordinates.
Reflection • No matter what decision we make, we should be aware of our speech. It represents our personalities and influences our interpersonal relationship. In hence, how social networking sites affect you depends on the way you use it. They can be your good friends, but can also be sharp knives to you.
