It produces very good Quality & International standard MG Paper, Offset Paper, White Writing & Printing Paper, Brown Wrapper, Brown Liner, Cardtige Paper, Newsprint paper,Coated/Uncoated paper board, A4 paper, Glassine Paper, Stiffener, Ledger Paper, PP Woven Bag, Sack Paper also time to time produce Plug wrap, Alufoil paper ,Cigarette Tipping Paper on request of different Cigarette manufacturing companies.

  3. Paper Machine No 1 is using for manufacturing White Writing Paper (GSM:42-70) Brown Wrapper Paper (GSM: 40-80) Color Printing Paper (GSM:42-46)

  4. Exclusively engaged to manufacture Biri paper also capable to produce cigarette paper.

  5. Paper Machine No 3 is using for manufacturing White Printing Paper (Offset, GSM-50-100)

  9. In Unit-1, We have 03 (three) paper manufacturing machines. PM-1 White Writing Paper (GSM:42-70) Brown Wrapper Paper (GSM: 40-80) Color Printing Paper (GSM:42-46) PM-2 Exclusively engaged to manufacture Biri paper also capable to produce cigarette paper. PM-3 White Printing Paper (Offset, GSM-50-100)

In Unit-2, We have 02 (two) paper Manufacturing machines: PM-1 Paper board (GSM: 150-300), Brown Wrapper (GSM:45-80) Brown Liner (GSM:120-150) Stiffener (GSM:180) PM-2 Newsprint (GSM:46-50) White Writing/Printing Paper (42-70) We are installing another paper machine specialized for producing very good quality Coated board and Art paper and commercial production will be started from end of this month.

In Unit-3, We have 05 (five) paper manufacturing machines: PM-1 Specialized for producing different grade of MG Based paper like Alufoil, MG Poster Paper, MG, Hard Tissue, Manifold paper etc (GSM-16 to 100) PM-2 Specialized for producing very good quality Color Printing Paper, Biri Paper, Cigarette Tipping Paper, Plug wrap Paper, Offset paper, and also have provision to produce cigarette paper. (GSM- 26 to 100) PM-3 Produce soft Tissue paper like Facial Tissue, Toilet Tissue, Paper Napkin, Kitchen towel (GSM-12.50 to 26)

  22. PM-4 Specialized for producing different grade of MG Based paper and also have the provision to produce different grade of White Printing Paper. (GSM- 30 to 70) PM-5 Produce soft Tissue paper like Facial Tissue, Toilet Tissue, Paper Napkin, Kitchen towel (GSM-12.50 to 26) In BPML (U-3) we have some very good quality converting, rewinding and slitting facilities which is used to produce different grades of Bobbins and paper products both in roll and sheet form.

Current production output of local tobacco manufacturer is about (Appx) 100 MT per month. • Maximum capacity of producing Plugwrap bobbin is Appx. 1000MT per month. • Our Paper Machines are capable enough to produce almost all kinds of Cigarette related items. • Bashundhara Paper Mills Ltd. is the Market leader in paper market by having more then 70% market share and also exporting paper products to different countries.

To develop our product we have a very efficient R&D team and world class Lab facility in all the three paper producing units. • Technical resources of all the paper mills is very strong as we have the best quality people working with the best machines of this country including some foreign experts.
