  6. Advertisement • Advertisement for the post of Data Entry Operator is published in newspaper. • There was a Spot collection point for resumes. • Two people were posted there to scrutiny those submitted bio data.

  7. Bio-data Collection / Processing • Collection of the resumes with registration fees. • Screening of resumes on following criteria : • Academic qualification • Computer Knowledge • English & Hindi reading/writing knowledge • Making Soft copy & Hard copy of selected candidates. • Preparation of candidate list in different way like District wise etc.

  8. Publication of Selected Candidates List • List of the selected candidates who will sit for written exam is published in the Beltron office. • Every candidate’s name, unique id, batch no, Sl. No., exam center, date & time of exam is published in the list. • Another list is published in the Internet in the web site of Beltron.

  9. Exam Process • One center with 100 systems is hired for this examination. • Admit cards will be issued from Beltron Office from our distribution desk. • There will be 85 candidates per Batch or Group. • The total marks is 80 ( Written 50 and Practical 30 )and the Duration of the Exam is of 50 Minutes.

  10. Written and Technical test process • Entire written test will be in 9 batches in the center. The first phase of exam will be scheduled from 11.00 am to 4:30 pm on 17th and 18th February, 07. Evaluation of written exam :-- • 4 members will check the Q/A papers and make a soft copy of the marks. • A final list of selected candidates will be prepared. • The list will again be published in the website and selected places where the candidate will get detailed information and schedule about the Interview. • Minimum 600 candidates would be selected in the final list.
