  2. GENERAL INFORMATION • SAVAC has over 10 years of service to ASP • Dedicated and responsible bus drivers • Reliable service (no striking!) • Routes are set and timing is monitored for arrival at school – no changes to routes possible! • Routes/times may be modified due to road work, number of students on bus, etc. • Our priority - SAFE and EFFICIENT service for all

  3. All Lower School children: • Should be in the company of an adult or a high school student while waiting for the morning bus. • In the afternoon, Lower School children should be met by an adult, or accompanied by a Middle School or Upper School student when descending at their stop. • In case of an unforeseen problem where the adult is not at the stop to meet the bus, the child must stay on the bus and be brought back to the school after the bus has finished its route to be picked up by the parents at the school. • Please instruct your young children not to get off the bus if you or a baby-sitter/guardian are not there to pick them up!

  4. BUS MONITORS • Designated 11th and 12th graders - hired to be responsible for ensuring bus rules are followed • Adult monitors available on some buses • Cell phone numbers for monitors available in Bus Booklet

  5. A FEW SUGGESTIONS… • Be at the bus stop about 5 minutes early • Keep your cell phone numbers updated in Admissions office for emergency text messages • Put student’s name on ALL belongings (coats, hats, instruments, school bags, gym clothes/bags, etc.) • READ BUS RULES & REGULATIONS carefully with your children

  6. AND LASTLY… • For information, questions, to declare a lost item left on the bus, or any other problems/issues relating to the bus service, you may contact Brenda or Solange, Bus Secretary.
